I am an organizational developer and leadership coach helping leaders and teams turn reflection into action – creating the clarity and courage to break patterns, unlock potential, and move forward with impact.

I began my career in the global financial industry before founding two companies dedicated to organizational development & leadership development. Along the way, I worked across continents, guided leadership teams, and built Reflection in Action – my current firm dedicated to enabling organizations, leaders and teams to grow from insight to action.

Over the years I have worked with individuals and organizations across industries – from creatives to CEOs – always with the same goal: making people and organizations stronger, sharper, and more effective.

My clients value that I combine systems thinking with practical ownership: keeping what works, letting go of what doesn’t, and aligning people around meaningful goals. Some even say I have a gift for detecting patterns that others overlook.

Leadership
Leadership today requires clarity, courage, deep thinking, accountability, the right tools, and decisive action. My role is to enable exactly that – helping people reflect with focus, decide with confidence, and act in ways that deliver tangible, lasting impact.

Education & Credentials

Experience matters – but true quality also requires a solid foundation in state-of-the-art education and training. That’s why I have invested continuously in my own development, ensuring clients benefit from both practice and the latest research.

I hold a Master of Science in Andragogy, Sociology, and Oral Speech Communication from the University of Koblenz-Landau, and trained as an Organizational Developer at the Management Center Vorarlberg.

Later, I completed the INSEAD Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change (EMCCC), graduating with the distinction “Excellent, outstanding in multiple areas.”

I am also an MBTI Practitioner (OPP Oxford), a Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), and a Group Dynamics Expert (London Psychoanalytic Institute).

Currently, I am in the ICF credentialing process and expect to obtain my PCC certification in May 2026.
